Simple & Sinister Warmup
Goblet Squats – 5 x 16kg
Hip Bridges – 5
Pumps – 5
Halos – 5L & 5R x 16kg
Three rounds total

Workout B
Kettlebell Swings – 36kg x 10 sets of 10 two-handed swings (1:00 rest)

Friday night after a long week on low-carb (don’t ask). Worked later than I planned so I just did the first batch of swings and will finish in the morning.

5:45 A.M.

Simple & Sinister Warmup
Goblet Squats – 5 x 16kg
Hip Bridges – 5
Pumps – 5
Halos – 5L & 5R x 16kg
Three rounds total

Kettlebell Swings – 36kg x 10 sets of 10 two-handed swings (:45 rest)

TGU – 24kg – 5L & 5R

Quick early morning Saturday workout in Simple & Sinister style. Will get back on track on Monday.
